1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cbd33 platform, including all products, services, features, and content made available through the website at cbd33.io ("Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cbd33 ("cbd33", "We", "Us", "Our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by cbd33, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform.

cbd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, cbd33 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use cbd33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cbd33 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by cbd33.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a matched bettor, syndicate member, or using any form of automated betting strategy intended to systematically exploit promotions or odds.
• You understand and accept that online betting and gaming carries financial risk, and that cbd33 provides no guarantee of winnings.

cbd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, cbd33 may suspend or permanently close the account in question. Verification documents may include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document issued in Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration

You may only hold one (1) registered account with cbd33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. You must notify cbd33 promptly of any changes to the information you have provided. cbd33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Verification: cbd33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your relationship with cbd33. Requested documents may include a national ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• One Account Per Household: Only one account is permitted per household, shared IP address, or device. Accounts found to share these identifiers may be investigated for potential multi-accounting.
• Account Currency: All cbd33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

cbd33 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of this Agreement, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cbd33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods and processing times are subject to change; please refer to the Payments section of the Platform for the most current information.

Minimum and Maximum Limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and your VIP tier
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: up to 24 hours for standard accounts; faster processing is available at higher VIP tiers

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cbd33 will not process deposits or withdrawals to or from accounts held by third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, cbd33 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

cbd33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. cbd33 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise authorised by cbd33 support following a successful identity verification review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cbd33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer on the Platform.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified game categories. Some bonuses may be restricted to sportsbook, slots, live casino, or fishing games only — refer to individual promotion terms for eligible games.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• cbd33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of this Agreement.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on cbd33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: cbd33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where odds were published in error or where suspicious betting activity has been detected.
• Odds and Prices: Odds are expressed in decimal format by default. cbd33 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds at any time prior to event settlement. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond a stated threshold, or where the result cannot be verified from an official source. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Cricket Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and Super Over outcomes are governed by those rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. cbd33 is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-event payout cap applies. The current cap is published in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section and may vary by sport and market type.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbd33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform through another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against deposits made to the Platform
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's software, systems, or infrastructure
• Facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21

8 Privacy & Data

cbd33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the cbd33 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during account registration, verification, and use of the Platform — including your name, contact details, payment method information, and betting history — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalisation of your experience on the Platform.

cbd33 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores player data on secure servers. cbd33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity.

9 Responsible Gaming

cbd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. We provide a range of tools designed to help players manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and no access will be permitted.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service.

cbd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond cbd33's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. cbd33 will take reasonable steps to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

In all circumstances, cbd33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cbd33 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your cbd33 account by contacting support at support @ cbd33.io. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

cbd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, including any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 7. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach, cbd33 may forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with its plain English meaning. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the cbd33 Platform shall be resolved, in the first instance, through good-faith negotiation between you and cbd33.

cbd33 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair-play certified software. References to responsible operation in this Agreement reflect cbd33's commitment to player protection and platform integrity. No claim regarding specific regulatory licensing from any named Bangladeshi government body is made within this Agreement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other, either party may pursue resolution through available legal channels. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
